Confidence, it doesn’t come over night but it grows over time. It took me 25 years of mistakes, bulling and learning to find my confidence. I am now 31 and I am a new woman. It is a journey worth taking, as I learnt to be who I want to be. Instead of giving you a sob story, I will give you some tips that might help you gain a bit of confidence you have always wanted.

Tip #1 – Stop Caring What Others Think
This is a tip that changed my life forever and mindset. Its one of the reasons you see me as a confident woman. It also took a few books to make me realize what I was doing wrong. I recommend “The life changing magic of not giving f*** “ and “You are a badass” . They changed my mindset, so it changed my attitude towards myself and others.

Tip #2 – Surround you life with positive people
This was tip I wish I had as a teen, as it would have made my life alot happier. Of course, its never too late to make this change, and its needed. It it only took me 27 years to realize my friends around me didn’t really care about me. I read a book called Girl Code, which made me rethink how I see women. I didn’t have alot of girls friends around me, all because I thought they were all drama queens. DAAMMMM did I get that wrong. Today, I have some amazing women who inspire me, care about me, motivate me and make me laugh all the time.

Tip #3 – Love Yourself
This is another tip that without it, I would not be the girl in the pictures at all. Loving yourself if vital to be truly happy and confident. This does not mean you compare yourself to another woman. This means you do no need to search for ways to have plastic surgery, it does not mean you need to wear layers of make up, it does not mean you need to buy expensive clothing and it also doesn’t mean you can also put other women down.
GET UP, look at the mirror and repeat after me “I AM BEAUTIFUL.”, “I AM AMAZING.”. Look at affirmations and say them everyday, till you feel them truly.

Tip #4 – Challenge Yourself To Step Out of Your Comfort Zone.
This is a chance to do things you never thought you would. By this stage you would have passed tip number 1. A thing I did when I stopped caring, I shaved my head for charity. It was liberating and worth it. You do not need to do something that extreme. Take baby steps. Try talking to a new person everyday.

Tip #5 – Manifest what you want in life
If you have dreams, desires, hopes and ambition then its time to manifest. Its time to make your dreams come true. There is no one to stop you anymore as you have changed your mindset.

Tip #6 – Don’t take everything too serious
Do not take everything too serious when there is no need. I have learnt that life is short, and it needs to be enjoyed. Laugh for 15 minutes every day to enjoy how it feels, until it becomes a habit. Smile at the mirror, and love your smile. Go off an wonder through your neighbourhood, and see whats around you. Listen to a new genre a music and dance around.

FALL IN LOVE WITH THE NEW YOU, THE HAPPIER YOU.
