This year Metropolitan Fashion Show is taking over No.8 Lister Square for one day, showcasing some of the best of Scotland. We are so pleased to annouce we are also raising money for Edinburgh Sick Kids .
Metropolitan Fashion Show has pushed it further this year with a new team and a new look. The team has changed and keeps on getting bigger with time from make-up to photographers and more. This year with Kifah Al Zadjaly as manager and Ash Mehmood as Assistant Manager, I have been able to focus on changing Metropolitan Fashion Show into a blossoming flower.
The designers who have joined in on the new show bring a mixture of taste on how they express their love for Scotland. The designers include Darren Ruddy, Nicci N, Toco Cave, Hayley Williamson, Nicole Blair and Siobhan Mackenzie as well as Designer Talent 2014 winner C.Watson.
This fashion show we decided to collaborate with some other new ventures such as #Edfashion and Creative Vision Scotland as well as our fave salon The Temple Salon. This show keeps on growing with a wonderful group.
This year the Charity we choose is really meaningful to the team and I. I will explain why to me as I do get emotional. I was a baby of Great Ormond Street with a condition I still live with but I am not badly effected, as I am the most hyper and craiest person people know. I believe without hospitals like Edinburgh Sick Kids I would not be alive, healthy and well.
Tickets are now on sale for £15 and for every ticket you buy £5 will go to Edinburgh Sick Kids. There will be raffle with other prizes as well in order to raise as much as we can for a good cause. Come down to No.8 Lister Square for an wonderful night.
