The Scottish Fashion Network had their first event and it was lovely. They brought the right touch of a good location, great atmosphere and a creative spirit through the event.

It was lovely stepping into the Corinthian Club, where it was a close atmosphere with space to network. They provide another room with talents and companies which are set up in Scotland. Rabbi Denim Glasgow, whose reputation has reached the Barcelona football team and some top end celebrates. There was a Heriot Watt Graduate Roisin McAtamney of R.A.M Knitwear Design, who is in love with knitting :). Of course Scotland’s well known brand Mallzee was at the event with full force and on a stand to show us their wonderful brand. I loved it !!

The event brought together wonderful, creative and talent people in one room from fashion bloggers such as Forever Yours Betty, Beewaits, Dream to inspire, Coco made her do it, Glasgow Fashion Girl and more to designers, stylist , models. I got to see alot of familiar faces who I love talking to about our love for fashion such as Silva from Chouchou, Lynne McCrossan and Ruth Walker from We Crave, Colin Gilchrist from The Social Tailor and got to meet some new faces from Allenomis. The room was full of life, inspiration and laughter.

There were a few faces missing, but it was wonderful getting to know more bloggers. These bloggers have their own uniqueness in Scotland and set the trends, creativity and love for fashion.

I can certainly say it was a successful event by the Scottish Fashion Network, and can’t wait for more to come.
