I took upon myself to challenge my mind and body to go on a complete vegan diet for 21 days. It felt like another journey of self discovery. Through the journey, I learned that what I put in body matters even more during such a hard time in the world. I found my mood getting better and it was even easier to make food. It took 21 days for me to became fully vegan.
I was researching before lockdown started as I have always been interested in food. I love know how food gives your body what it needs. Netflix had a few documentaries that was great to learn from. I read a few books and did some online researching.
Game Changer was the start of the 21 days challenge to see if I can heal my body. It opened my eyes to possibilities.
The reason I switched was 14 days into my challenge. I felt amazing, full of energy, slept so well and my skin was glowing. It felt so good, like I was a new person.
I became vegan for many reasons but the main was are for my health, for the environment and for the animals. Its been 6 months, and it has changed my body, mind and soul. I look a the world alot differently and feel happier with the woman I have become.
Over the next few months, there will be some fun and wonderful changes to the Worldoffaz that I can’t wait to show you. I will bringing you all into my food world.
